*We should provide the reason why these two things were necessary: first, the restriction, second, the placing of the Parsa. The thing is that for the lower ones to be able to receive the light, it must be diminished and come through screens. Since the beginning of the appearance of the vessels was mainly in the world of Nekudim, the aforementioned restriction was necessary, so that the light would be diminished and the vessels of Nekudim could tolerate it. Also, since they are restricted there, they are pressed tightly, and thus come out intensely through the Einayim and expand below.
