And therefore this Mochin precedes the rest, because no Mochin can come into being until Bina goes out, by the secret of the closed Mem, and nurses the son, so that his Mochin grows. Now when she went out, she entered the Rosh of ZA, who is the pleasant son; through what he nurses from his mother's milk, this Mochin is made. And just as the milk that is nursed makes the newborn's entire body grow, so this one governs the entire body, and waters all six extremities.

1No Mochin can come into being until Bina goes out, by the secret of the closed Mem: For the essence of ZA is from the phase of Vav and a dot, which the Yesod of AK bestowed upon the Yesods of AVI of Nekudim, and you already know that this Vav and dot are the phase of the bottom two thirds of the NHY of AK, which, with the new light that breached the Parsa, returned and raised them up after they had fallen to BYA by the second restriction. And here too, in Atzilut, the Yesod of AA returns and renews them and bestows upon the Yesods of AVI of Atzilut, as is known. And since they are from the phase of the NHY of AK and the NHY of Atzilut, they are therefore not fit to receive Mochin and GAR. For the whole essence of the ten Sefirot of NHY, wherever they are, is nothing but the ten Sefirot of Sium, as is known. And if so, how can ZA receive the Mochin of GAR when he has no vessel of reception for them? And therefore YESHSUT must restrict themselves again to the phase of the bottom Hey in the Einayim, at which time they bestow upon him their vessels of SAG, which are from the phase above the Tabur, and from this he becomes fit to be able to receive the Mochin of GAR afterward. And this is what he says, “No Mochin can come into being until Bina goes out, by the secret of the closed Mem,” for then she bestows upon ZA her vessels of Katnut, so that all the Mochin he receives afterward, at the time of his Gadlut, he receives in these very vessels that he attained from Bina at the time of nursing. And remember this, for it is the peg for all the Mochin of ZA.
