And afterward, in the second Ibur [conception], when the Mochin come from the side of complete mercy, then he is complete with ten complete Sefirot, and it is recognizable that he truly has Mochin, for they are not called Mochin except when they are of the phase of complete mercy. And now he takes the essence of holiness, which are the Mochin of HaVaYot, as explained in its place.
