And the reason for this cooling will be explained with what was said above: how the Mochin of ZA come clothed within the very vessels of the NHY of Tvuna. However, there are no lights within them, only these Mochin of ZA, and there are no lights of Tvuna there at all.

1There are no lights within them, only these Mochin of ZA, and there are no lights of Tevuna there at all: Meaning, that as long as there remain within them any of the phases of the lights of Tevuna, the vessels of her NHY are not fit to clothe in ZA, but rather they need to diminish through three degrees of the Tzelem, until they are matched to the level of the smallness of ZA. At that point it is reckoned that there is no longer anything of the lights of Tevuna within them at all, only these Mochin of ZA alone, as above (Part 11, answer 182 — see there).
