Now their division is in the manner of the division of the thirteen whitenesses: four for each side. And the explanation of "locks" (nimin) is that they are thirteen groups and bundles of hairs, but the hairs are a thousand thousands, etc., as mentioned there on page 128, side B: "The Tanna said, in the skull of the head hang a thousand thousands of ten thousands..." And if you say: but on page 129, side A, they said, "And the Tanna said, each and every lock is called a stream (moshcha) of the spring that issues from the hidden Mocha" — thus these locks issue from the hidden Mocha, which is the third head, and not from the Avira, which is the second head.
