1The second head, called the air, etc., is drawn from the aspect of this Radla of Atik Yomin, which could not clothe in AA, etc. As stated above (page 1297, the passage beginning “a secret within a secret”), there are two kinds of screens in Radla [the unknown head]: the screen of the first restriction and the screen of the second restriction. And for itself, it functions with the screen of the first restriction. For this reason, it spreads also into BYA, like AK, and from the aspect of this screen it cannot clothe in Atzilut, for this is the secret of the Malchut that was hidden in Radla, in the secret of, “the stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone.” And she is the aspect of the Malchut that is lacking in AA, for it has only nine Sefirot, and the Malchut that is in Radla completes it to ten Sefirot; meaning, that she will be revealed in the future to come also in AA, in the secret of when the feet of Atzilut reach the feet of AK, as is known. And only then is AA regarded as complete in all its ten Sefirot. However, in order to bestow upon Atzilut, Radla functions in the aspect of the screen of the second restriction that is in it, which is the aspect of the bottom Hey in the Nikvey Einayim, from which aspect it lowered the AHP of the Keter of Nekudim, and sorted them into the three heads of AA: that Galgalta is the vessel of Bina, meaning the aspect of Ozen [ear]. And it divides into GAR and VAK, by the power of the Bina of AVI, whose GAR are in covered Hassadim, in the secret of “for He desires mercy,” and this part of GAR becomes the first head of AA, called Galgalta; and its part of ZAT, which needs the illumination of Hochma since they are the roots of ZA, becomes the second head, called the Mocha of the air. And the difference between them is great, for the aspect of the screen in the Malchut of Radla that restricts the illumination of Hochma has no rule at all over the first head, called Galgalta, since it is the aspect of GAR of Bina. And all its rule begins to be noticeable only in the second head, called the air, since it needs Hochma and the screen holds it back from it. Understand this well.

Understand this” — meaning, as explained, that the place where the screen of the aspect of the second restriction settles, which is drawn because it could not shine and clothe in the aspect of its own self, which is the first restriction, as above — behold, it also could not settle in Galgalta, as above, but rather it showed its light in this air, and there this screen of the second restriction settled, and the coupling for the sake of the Mocha of the air was made upon it. But it has no rule at all over Galgalta, since she is the aspect of GAR of Bina, as above. Understand this well.
