And you already know that the NH are outside the body, and therefore the judgments are revealed in them, as mentioned in the portion of Tzav, page 32, side A, in the secret of "and the brooks of the valley." And therefore from them go out the hairs, which are the strength of the judgments, from the language of "which will strike me with a hair [sh'ara]." And therefore they are called hairs [se'arot], as explained in the verse "from the voice of many waters," etc., which are the Gevurot of Mantzpach.
