*Now, the matter of the praise of one who engages in Torah after Chatzot of the night: its matter is this. For the coupling made at Chatzot is a coupling of Yaakov with Leah, as is explained by us many times, in the matter of the explanation of the Shema of Shaharit and in the discourses that we wrote above.
