*Regarding Shabbat, the festivals, and Rosh HaShanah — we have already explained above the matter of the difference and distinction between Shabbat, the festivals, and Rosh HaShanah, and see there. And we shall explain here their matter briefly. There it was explained that in the aspect of the Nukva of ZA ascending on the day of Shabbat, in the prayer of the repetition of the Musaf, up to the Keter of AVI, and she is now equal to him exactly, in all the measure of his stature — therefore the holiness of Shabbat is greater than the holiness of the festival. But in the aspect that on the day of Shabbat she receives her illumination through ZA, therefore this is not perfection for her; unlike Rosh Chodesh and the festivals, where she and he are equal and suckle from one crown, and she does not receive her illumination through him. But to understand this, we need to inform you of this matter.
