And on Rosh Chodesh, ZON use one crown — meaning they are both included in the Netzah of AA, and they receive their illumination in one equivalence, and the male has no advantage over the female. And on the Shabbatot, ZON ascend up to the Keter of AVI, and he is included in Aba, and she is included in Ima; and the two are not equal in one equivalence, and therefore she receives her illumination through him.

1And on Rosh Chodesh, ZON use one Keter, meaning that both of them are included in the Netzah of AA, and they receive their illumination in one equivalence, and the male has no advantage over the female. For when both of them are included in one Sefira, their level is found to be equal, since in one Sefira it is impossible for there to be any change in the measure of the level. This is similar to what the ARI writes concerning AVI in Etz Chaim, Gate 16, Chapter 1, that the level of AVI is therefore equal, and “they come out as one and dwell as one,” because both of them are included in the name SAG, namely in the Sefira of Bina, which is the upper discernment of the name SAG. Study it there well.
And as for what he writes, that both of them use one Keter, he has already explained this above (in this part, item 6). See there. For when the Nukva is included in the Netzah of Ima, her Keter, which is the Tifferet of Ima, is found to be just as it is the Keter of ZA, as is written there in the Inner Light, the passage beginning “Both of them.” Study it there well.
2And on the Shabbatot, ZON then ascend up to the Keter of AVI, and he is included in Aba and she is included in Ima, and the two are not equal in one equivalence, and therefore she receives her illumination through him. For this matter of inclusion in Netzah is not done on the Shabbatot, and therefore the Nukva is found to be the discernment of Hod, which is below Netzah, and therefore it is impossible for them to use one Keter. For the Nukva, who is Hod, has her Keter in the discernment of Netzah, which is the Sefira adjacent to her in degree, and she cannot receive from the Tifferet of Ima, which is higher than her by two degrees; and therefore they are not in one equivalence, and therefore she must receive from ZA her husband, and not from Ima. And one should not ask: since both of them have already ascended to AVI, how are they still related to Netzah and Hod? For this is known, that the ladder of degrees never changes; and even though they ascended to the upper AVI, this is because the Netzah and Hod of AA had previously ascended to the place of AVI, and so even now ZON are found clothing upon the NH of AA.
