And behold, the reason for their being at first back to back is that the GAR had not yet been corrected, and the light descended into the ZAT, and they could not bear it and died. And this is the secret of "and these are the kings" (ve-eleh ha-melachim), etc. And when the GAR were corrected in the secret of a Partzuf, the light was diminished, and ZA was able to bear it, as is explained by us — for the diminution is the cause of correction for the receivers. And indeed, the Klipot were made from these kings, from their remnants (Shiurin).
