And behold, from the outer vessel of that world, from the secret of the coupling of the outer male vessels with the outer female vessels, drops and sparks come out, and from them are made the souls of the angels of that world. For what is the aspect of the outer vessels of the ten Sefirot of that world suffices to make the aspect of a Neshama of light and essentiality for the angels of that world. And this Neshama of the angels is clothed within the Ruach, the Nefesh, and the vessels of the angels themselves. Understand this.
