And do not err that the inner vessels couple by themselves, for this is not possible. But the intention is that for the coupling of the angels, the drop is drawn only from the externality of the vessel and not from the inner [vessels]; but for the coupling of the souls of the righteous, the drop is drawn from the inner vessels themselves.
