And the explanation of the matters is so: for indeed we have explained that in each of the three worlds BYA there is one screen for them. And indeed, the screen between Atzilut and Beriah — when the images of all the lights of Atzilut passed within it in order to make against them the ten Sefirot of Beriah — behold, they did not cleave that screen and pass through it, but their light passed through that screen, and all the ten Sefirot of Beriah were engraved [thereby].
