The Ari's Text

It thus follows that during the time of nursing, ZA suckled from these breasts, which is the upper Shaddai with the rafa, from the HGT of Ima, and the three middle ones of ZA grew, and in him were made the secret of 72, 216, 26, as mentioned. And afterward, also the NHY of ZA suckled from these upper breasts, and in them were made other, lower 72, 216, 26, in the NHY within him, in the secret of the Name Shaddai with the dagesh, which is more judgment.

1 And afterward, also the NHY of ZA suckled from these upper breasts, and in them were made other, lower 72, 216, 26 in the NHY within him, in the secret of the Name Shaddai with the dagesh: The explanation: at the time of the Gadlut of nursing, when the vessels of AHP join to ZA, then the vessels of Tifferet all remain in the discernment of the light of Ruach, as above in the words of the ARI (page 1199, item 194); and the discernment of the coarseness descends to the new NHY, then the discernment of the aforementioned AB, 216 and 26 descends with them, and the name Shaddai with the dagesh is made, which indicates the completeness of the coarseness in it that is fit for the coupling of Gadlut. And thereby the secret of the holy name Shaddai is made, whose meaning is that it reveals the secret of holiness, which is literally the Mochin of Aba. But while it is above in HGT, it is not yet regarded as the discernment of a holy name, but only in the secret of “between Shaddai it lodges,” which is in the Katnut of nursing, when the coarseness is not in the place of the coupling, as above.
