Explanation: when these three fillings were lacking from ZA, he was called the Kav of Charrubin, which is the phase of the first kings, by whom the worlds were destroyed, as mentioned in the Idra and in the Sifra de-Tzniuta. And when this Kav entered him, which is the above-mentioned three fillings, then he is corrected and complete, and then he is obligated in Challah, as stated in a Mishna in tractate Eduyot (Mishna 2): Beit Shammai say a Kav is obligated in Challah, and Beit Hillel say two Kavim, etc. For then he is obligated in Challah; and this is the secret of Adam HaRishon, that he was the dough offering of the world.
