*And now we shall explain what we have known above concerning the statement of Parashat Tetzaveh, by Moses, "May the name of God be blessed," etc. For behold, during the Ten Days of Repentance the work of the sawing is completed, whose beginning is from the Achoraim of the Keter of ZA, and they are given in the Keter of the Nukva. And this aspect of the sawing of the Keter is done on the first day of Rosh HaShanah; and on this day all the judgments that are in the Keter of the male are given in the Keter of the female.

1The sawing of the Keter is done on the first day of Rosh HaShanah, and on this day all the judgments that are in the Keter of the male are given into the Keter of the female. For on the first day the great Nukva of ZA is sawn as far as the Chazeh [chest]; for at the point of the Chazeh stands the Keter of the separated Nukva, and she joins with the great Nukva that was sawn from ZA and becomes one with her. However, the separated Nukva herself is not yet sawn on the first day of Rosh HaShanah, but rather in the course of the Ten Days of Repentance, as is written below.
