1Their sustenance and influence are only in the secret of Kav, which is the phase of the hidden filling in the names AB, SAG, MA: Meaning, that all the sustenance and existence of the shells is from the aspect of the hidden filling of AB, SAG, MA, and BON, for their records remained desolate and dry because of the lights that departed from them, and because of the vessels and sparks from there onward, which fell to BYA within the shells and clothed in them. And from here comes all their sustenance and the influence that reaches the shells, as above. And there is in this a great discernment between the weekday and the Sabbath, as will be written below.
