For the Aleph-Lamed of Elokim expands into the right breast, and the Mi of Elokim into the left breast, and the Hei of Elokim is between the two breasts, in the middle. Therefore the letter Hei was placed in the middle of the Name Elokim: Aleph-Lamed on one side, and Mi on the other side, and the Hei between them.
