And there is a second surrounding light upon it, and it is also HaVaYaH in the filling of Yodin, like this: Yod-Hey-Yod, Vav-Yod-Vav, Hey-Yod, but vocalized in all its ten letters with the aforementioned vocalization: the three letters of the Yod have three Cholam points; and in the two letters of the Hey, a Tzere in each of them; and in the three letters of the Vav, three Kamatzim, beneath each of them a Kamatz point; and in the two letters of the Hey, a Tzere beneath each of them.

1It is vocalized in all ten of its letters with the aforementioned vocalization, for the three letters of Yod, etc.: This HaVaYaH, too, is not from the aspect of Galgalta itself, but from the inclusion of the Mocha of the air, which is the small surrounding, and the root of the Lamed of Tzelem, which at its own level is the one that receives the illumination of Hochma that is in Galgalta, and its Hassadim are revealed, for its posterior separates; and then the point of Bina is discerned in the secret of Segol, which is two points above and one below deciding between them, hinting at the Daat that couples HB face to face, and brings the illumination of Hochma outward, bestowed to Bina, as is known. But this revelation and this turning of Bina from posterior to face cannot take place in the vessel of Galgalta, since it is the aspect of GAR of the vessel of Bina, which always remains in the secret of the air, meaning covered Hassadim, like the upper AVI, and as the ARI explained regarding the Mem of Tzelem.
And therefore there is not yet here the turning of the points from Tzere to Segol that is fitting to be in the aspect of the small surrounding; rather, the Heys still remain with the points of Tzere beneath them, which indicate covered Hassadim in the posterior of Ima, as above. Rather, all the addition that is here is only in the aspect of the vocalization that also comes beneath the filling letters, for here there is already a coupling in this degree itself, and therefore the filling letters, too, are vocalized — unlike the HaVaYaH of inner light included here from Mocha Stimaa, which has no coupling by its own power, where there is no vocalization at all in its filling letters, as above. However, the order of the vocalization is the same in this one and that one, for the coupling is still in the aspect of covered Hassadim, as explained.
