1At the beginning of the Atzilut of ZA, he went out from Aba and was conceived within Ima, etc. This has already been explained above, on page 870: that the discernment of the whiteness in him — which means the very essence of the Sefirot of the structure of ZA, without any judgments — he receives from Aba, through the sorting of the thirty-two paths of Hochma, which brings down the discernment of the Malchut of the first restriction that had been included in him from the time of the breaking of the vessels. For from this discernment he is composed of 320 sparks, which are the eight kings of Nekudim, in each of which there are 40 discernments, since each one is composed of four phases, and in each phase there are ten Sefirot; and eight times 40 is 320 discernments. And Aba sorted from them only nine Sefirot from each phase of the four phases of every king, namely only 36 from every king, and eight times 36 is 288 discernments; and the 32 Malchuts he brought down from them in the discernment of waste. And the Sefirot of ZA are thus found to be entirely in the discernment of whiteness, namely without any Malchuts and coarseness. And this is the secret that Aba gives the whiteness in the newborn. And Ima gives the redness in him, namely from the discernment of the bottom Hey in Einayim, which is the Malchut of the second restriction, sweetened by the quality of mercy; and with this she completed the 32 Malchuts of the quality of judgment that Aba had brought down, and ZA returned to being in the discernment of 320 sparks — except that they are sweetened by the quality of mercy of Ima.
