This is the wording of "brought forth" used here, which is not used this way in all of them. And in this respect this existence is called Bina, "a river that goes out of Eden."

1Aba was engraved and brought Bina outward, so that she would not be a Samech but a Mem, to water the garden and nurse it: This refers to the interpretation of the verse, “And a river went out of Eden to water the garden.” And he explains it together with what he explained above, that the matter of the river’s going out from Eden comes about through the return of YESHSUT to their phase of Katnut, meaning, that he returned and aroused the bottom Hey in his Einayim, and Aba of the Partzuf is found in the phase of the bottom Hey in his Nikvey Einayim, and thus Aba is engraved again in the phase of Nukva by the secret of Nikvey Einayim, and again brought Bina outward; and then YESHSUT are found, who are the Bina from the phase of the Parsa downward, who clothe the two lower thirds of the Tifferet of AA, which return to being in the phase of a closed Mem. As above. Understand this well. And Aba did all of this so that Bina would water the garden, who are her sons, meaning ZON.
