The reason for this is that each single name of Elokim includes one degree of the 24 combinations, all of which begin with its first letter — and so for all five [letters] of Elokim. There is also a second reason: these 24 combinations, together with their totality, make 25. For the name Elokim has five letters, and each letter is included of five, making 25; hence all 24 combinations are included in the one name of Elokim.
