1The outer of the two parts of the Yod of the Milui of the first Hey descended within the inner of the ten lower parts of this Vav, and the inner of the two aforementioned parts of the Yod descend within the inner of the three upper parts of this Vav: That is, as above, that those two points that descend from the Yod of the filling of the outer Hey-Yod also include in them the Mochin of GAR, which are called internality. For afterward, through the coupling that brings down the bottom Hey from the place of Einayim, the three upper parts of this Vav come out there. Yet the Katnut is also not absent, and therefore it is reckoned that the discernment of the bottom Hey in the Einayim also remains in the Vav, in such a way that the externality of the two points clothes in the ten Sefirot of Katnut of the Vav, namely the ten lower parts of this Vav. And the internality of the two points, which is revealed through the descent of the bottom Hey from the Einayim — at which time the outer simple Hey is drawn as well, as above — becomes the internality of the GAR of the Vav, namely the three upper parts of this Vav.
2There are thirteen inner and thirteen outer, and indeed the thirteen inner became a discernment of outer to the discernment of the two last parts of the Milui of the Yod of the first Hey, with respect to their outer and their inner: The matter of the Vav, which in gematria is thirteen, will be explained in its place; however, they are the discernment of the ten Sefirot alone of ZA, and he informs us here that in these ten Sefirot of this Vav there is also a discernment of externality, as was explained above regarding the first Hey — that at the time it couples in order to bestow Mochin upon the bottom Hey of the general HaVaYaH, it does not give to her from the discernment of its internality, but from the discernment of its externality, as above regarding the first Hey. Therefore the NHY of Bina that clothe in the Mochin of its GAR and VAK have no relation whatsoever with the externality of the Vav. And this is the rule: that the discernment of the NHY in which the upper one clothes the Mochin for the sake of the lower one is not from the structure of its own Partzuf, but from what it adjusts itself to, for the measure of the GE of the lower one, which rise and are included in its MAN, and are therefore called posterior or externality; therefore the garments of Mochin of its own structure have no relation with them, since they are always of two distinct discernments of screen, as above.
