And the secret of this depends on the word "Israel": for we have already explained in the Shema of Yotzer that the secret of the Shema is to raise Mayin Nukvin (feminine waters) from ZON to Aba and Ima, so that Aba and Ima will couple and bring down Mochin to ZON.
