And in all the prayers, the lower ones raise MAN [Mayin Nukvin]; and according to their intention and their deeds at that time, so is the measure of their correction in raising many sparks of MAN, whether in quantity or in quality. And every day they raise new sparks anew — this is the greatness of the Mitzva of the prayers and the Mitzvot. Nor are all people equal, for each one raises according to the discernment that befits him; therefore all are needed for this, and no one of Israel can do what his fellow does — understand this very well. And all this will be until the Messiah comes, God willing; for then the Nukva [female] of ZA [Zeir Anpin] will awaken of herself to raise MAN without the assistance of the souls of the righteous, but only through the illumination of the upper Hotem [nose] of AA [Arich Anpin] that will be extended to her.
