Then these Mochin, called the Neshama [soul] of ZA [Zeir Anpin], were in the discernment of MAN [Mayin Nukvin] to Bina, and Aba and Ima coupled and corrected the Malchut not by means of ZA. The matter is that Leah had already been corrected, back to back, before Rachel — for first the illumination of Leah comes out, and afterwards the illumination of Rachel, and the two of them are still separate, though both receive their illumination by means of ZA. Afterwards, in the Nesirah [sawing apart], the two of them join together into one Partzuf, through the NHY [Netzah-Hod-Yesod] of Ima entering within them; and thus Rachel herself is found rising, back to back, up to the Keter of ZA, through her joining with Leah.

But now that she has attained her AHP, she has acquired ten vessels just like ZA himself, and therefore she joined with Leah into one Partzuf, since she now clothes the whole stature of ZA, for on the side of the vessels their statures are equal. However, on the side of the Lights she is still lacking, until the second coupling, as above, and therefore she clothes him from his posteriors, and not from the side of the anterior, until she attains the Lights as well, like ZA; and then she returns with him in an equal stature, from the discernment of the anterior of ZA.
