The letter Vav of HaVaYaH is the discernment of ZA [Zeir Anpin] when he came outside in a discernment of six revealed ends, not incorporated in one another; therefore he is called the letter Vav, as the count of his six points. However, this letter chiefly indicates the middle line in him, which resembles the letter Vav — particularly the point of Tifferet, which is the middle third of the Vav — though it also includes with it the two other lines. Then, on this middle line called Vav, there behind the Tifferet in him, she remained cleaving when she came out of the first Ibur [conception], and she is called the last Hey of the Name.
