It has been explained above that the Gevurot are called "the wine that gladdens" while they are kept within this Hotam [seal]. And when there are iniquities below, the Gevurot become blood, and the Hotam is inverted into Nidat [menstrual impurity], these being those clothings of the three Ehyeh themselves, which in Gematria are 454 [TaNaD]. And this is the matter of the verse, "as in the days of the Niddah of her sickness shall she be impure."
