The matter is, as explained in another discourse, that the two Ketarim of Aba and Ima are in the throat of AA, which is the aspect of the Bina of AA. We also explained, regarding the verse “By day the Lord will command His loving-kindness,” that there are two kinds of Hesed: one is the supernal Hesed after Bina, whose place is in the Reisha DeChatfin [head of the shoulders] of AA, before the expansion and division of the two arms, and there is the place of the supernal Hesed called Yoma DeCholhu in the Zohar.
