But when the two arms of AA began to be revealed and to extend, then Hesed clothed within Gevura, and from there Yashsut came out, and then the matter was reversed, for Aba is more hidden and concealed than Bina, and therefore they are alluded to by the letter Hey, for Hochma is in concealment and Bina is in revelation. And this is what is written in Idra Zuta, page 290, close to this language: "afterward it was found that Hochma is Aba, Bina is Ima." The meaning is that at first they are concealed, Bina within Hochma, but afterward, meaning after the arms of AA extended, then the phase of AVI was revealed. And thus the matter of the first Bina and Tevuna, and the matter of Aba and Yashsut, which are alluded to by the first two letters Yod-Hey of the name HaVaYaH, have been well explained.
