Therefore the Panim of Yeshsut totals 184 in Gematria, to hint that through this, which is his Panim, he couples with Tevuna and "visits" (Poked) her. And it also totals "from before" (Mikedem), to show that what this name was above in Aba in the discernment of Achor, here, in the Panim of Yeshsut, is called Kedem, in the secret of "You formed me behind and before."
