And this is the secret of what our sages said, that one who reviews his chapter one hundred times is not like one who reviews it one hundred and one times, for up to one hundred times it [the Sitra Achra] has dominion, equal to the number MAS [100], and no more. And indeed, the faces of Aba and Ima add up in gematria to Regel [233], as mentioned, and they also equal in gematria Zachor [remember], from which comes the remembering, for they are the letters Zayin-Chaf-Reish, Yud-Hey, which are Aba and Ima, called Yud-Hey, since no shell can take hold there.
