1These four Mochin that are in this Tzelem are the secret of the four Yudin that are in the name HaVaYaH in the filling of Yudin of Aba, for from there they were drawn: You already know that the meaning of the filling, which is in the letters of the names, is the discernment of the screen and the coarseness upon which the level of the ten Sefirot of that name comes out. Also it is known, the difference between the filling of Yudin and the filling of Alefin is that the filling of Alefin means the discernment of the coarseness of the second restriction of the bottom Hey in the Einayim. And the filling of Yudin means the discernment of the coarseness that is before the second restriction, that is, before the bottom Hey ascended into the Einayim. You also know that every Partzuf of the GAR, from its half and above, is regarded as the first restriction, meaning that nothing of the discernment of the second restriction has yet taken root in it, and it receives from the corresponding discernment in AK from its half and above, in the secret of the name MB of the simple, and the filling, and the filling of the filling. And therefore, this HGT of the third Tevuna, which is the secret of the Mem of Tzelem, as above, since they are destined to become, in Gadlut, HBD HGT, are the upper half of the Partzuf, from the Chazeh and above. And therefore HaVaYaH of AB and Hochma are revealed in them. And therefore, even now, at the time of Katnut, when they are still in the discernment of HGT without a Rosh, and the bottom Hey has joined into their Einayim, nevertheless, from the discernment of the surrounding light, they are not regarded as Alefin, but as the filling of Yudin. Understand this well.
2The Mem of Tzelem, which is called the complete Tzelem, since the discernments of the lower ones are also included in it, this phase is called Avir [air]: You already know that Avir means the light of Ruach. And since what is spoken of is the time of Katnut of the third Tevuna, which is the discernment of HGT NHY in the lights of Nefesh Ruach, therefore the Mem of Tzelem is called by the name Avir. However, the ARI informs us of a great matter by this name of Avir, for it has a special meaning, as will be said below in the words of the ARI.
