And the matter, in great brevity, is that it is true that in all three periods mentioned, there is the phase of ten Sefirot, both for the fetus and for the nursing infant, and they have a body of the six lower ones and a head with three Mochin. But the matter is that specifically in the time of the first pregnancy, we see that the entire measure of the fetus is nothing but the measure of the three lower ones alone, and likewise its three Mochin are like a silent stone without any awareness at all, as if it had no Mochin.
