And behold, these are astonishing matters, since it has Daat and Mochin even during the days of its pregnancy, how is it that its Daat changes at all the aforementioned times, as mentioned. But the secret of the matter is, that a small child, as long as it is small, is the epitome of the Gevurot and judgments, as is seen by the sense of sight, that a small child is cruel, of excessive anger and much wrath; and the more it grows, the more it is settled in its mind, and the anger, the wrath, and the cruelty are nullified from it, for old age and gray hair cause mercy, but childhood causes cruelty and judgment.
