And behold, when the time of birth arrives, when the fetus is already complete in the three aforementioned aspects, it rolls and descends to the lower chamber, and afterward comes out even from that lower chamber, and then it is born.

And this is what he means: “when the time of birth arrives, it rolls and descends to the lower chamber” — that is, it then loses the entire NRNHY of the Ibur; as he concludes, “and afterward it comes out even from that lower chamber” — that is, it also loses the phase of the Nefesh of Atzilut, which is the phase of the lower chamber, as above, and descends to BYA.
