And when the Hochma spread, and the Bina was revealed, which is Ima, who was included in it — for then they gave birth to KHB, which are the fathers in ZA — then the Hochma is called 'Aba, the father of the fathers.' And know, that although they are the brain of ZA, and are called KHB to him, relative to AVI they are HGT, and they are literally the fathers; and as I intend to say below. And understand this. And this is what is said in the portion Mishpatim: 'the head of the King is corrected with Hesed and Gevura.' And that suffices.

Meaning, that although the Mochin come from the upper AVI who rose to the GAR of AA, as above, nevertheless ZA does not receive them from the GAR, who are the upper AVI, but from their HGT; and therefore they are HGT relative to AVI. And what he writes, “and understand this,” comes to hint that for this reason the Hochma is not received except by way of the Yesodot of AVI, and all the revelation of the Hochma is in the measure of the Yesod, which are narrow ways. For even at the ascent of ZA to AA, he does not rise there to the Mazal Notzer, which is the discernment of the upper AVI, where the Tifferet is revealed in its being in its own right, but only to the Mazal VeNakeh, which is the discernment of YESHSUT, which does not receive except in the measure of the Yesodot, as above at length.
