And this is the matter that five things were lacking in the Second Temple, and they are the Urim veTumim, etc. And this is the matter of what is said in the Zohar, Parashat Shemot: that the First Temple was corresponding to the upper Hey, and the Second Temple corresponding to the lower Hey.
