But at the time of the destruction, through the sin of Israel, the Klipot were already corrected, and what they caused was to return and clothe the holiness in them, as above.

1That the sin of Adam HaRishon actually corrected the shells etc.; through the sin of Israel the shells were already corrected, and what they caused was to return and clothe the holiness in them. The meaning is that before the sin of Adam HaRishon there was no structure and no order in the shells at all; but after he brought down all the upper sortings that had already been sorted, and he corrupted them, the shells gripped them and were built out of those corruptions, according to the measure of the deficiencies that were in holiness. And then the ABYA of the shells were made. And it turns out that his sin corrected the ABYA of the shells. However, in the destruction of the Temple no new structure and no new order was made in the shells, for even in the time of the Temple the sin of Adam HaRishon had still not been corrected in completeness; and it turns out that they caused nothing but to return and clothe the deficiencies of holiness within the shells. For the structure of ABYA and the shells are not annulled except at the end of correction.
