Explanation: the power of the three highest, KHB, of Atzilut are all included and clothed in the upper Ima, and she then nests in Beriah. And as for its saying the term 'menakana' (nests), from the root 'ken' (nest), the reason is that the term 'sitting' denotes a permanent state; therefore it did not say 'yateva' (sits) on the Throne, but 'menakana', for the term 'nesting' applies to the time when the birds wish to couple in order to give birth to children, and in order to protect and shelter their children they make themselves a nest to protect them.
