However, between Atzilut and Beriah there is a difference, for in Atzilut the light of the three highest, of their very essence, reaches ZON which are there. Therefore they have the ability to give birth to the souls of the righteous, which are the internality of all the worlds, as will be explained below with God's help. But Beriah, to which the light of the three highest is not drawn except through a screen, therefore Beriah has the power only to bring out the souls of the angels of Yetzirah, for the externality of the worlds are the angels, as will be explained with God's help.
