And indeed, this was at the time of the diminution of the moon at the creation of the world. But after she was already corrected and returned to her place back-to-back, and He created Adam HaRishon, and He returned her face-to-face as at first, and afterward, through the sin of the lower ones, she returned and was diminished and descended. For this is the whole secret of our prayer, to correct her at the time of our prayer; and afterward she returns as at first, for we have no more power than this. And behold, every matter of holiness makes an impression in its place even though it has departed from there, and always this aspect of the point remained at the head of Beriah.
