I have already informed you, in the discourse on Tefillin, regarding the writing of the name HaVaYaH, that one must first write the Yud in the corner of this Hey, like this. And the letter Yud is the aspect of the Hochma of this first Tevuna, and this Hochma is called Yisrael Saba, this is the meaning of “and wise in Bina.” And it has already been explained that in the letter Yud of HaVaYaH there is the aspect of the upper Aba and Ima, and in the first letter Hey of HaVaYaH there is the aspect of Yisrael Saba and Tevuna, which are the lower ones.
