Know that wherever it is found in the Zohar that Bina is called Elokim, this refers to this Tevuna that comes out from the posterior of Bina, which are Elokim. Thus, when this Tevuna is below, the external ones have a hold on it. But when it rises above and is there in the secret of the posterior of the upper Bina, then the external ones have no hold on it.
