In such a way that it is reckoned that every lower one has internality and externality, namely what belongs to its own degree, and also the discernment of coarseness and screen lower than its degree; and at the time it attains externality from the one above it, which are its Mochin, it too lowers its own externality into Mochin for its own lower one — and this is simple.
