And this is the explanation of 'and white (u-leven) from milk' (Genesis 49:12). For the whiteness of the teeth, and their being white, is from the aspect of the milk of nursing, by which the thirty-two teeth grew, which are hinted at in the word 'u-leven'. And it corresponds to the Mochin of Hochma. And corresponding to the Mochin of Bina is the Nun of 'u-leven', to indicate that also the Mochin of Bina was repaired in its fifty gates, as is known. And corresponding to the Mochin of Daat is the Vav of 'u-leven', for the Daat is called Vav, like the Tifferet and like the Yesod, for the three of them are the middle line, in the form of a Vav. It thus follows that the three Mochin of ZA, hinted at in the word 'u-leven', whose indication of their repair is the growth of the teeth, were made through the milk. And this is 'and white teeth from milk'.
