And we return to the matter: in the head of Arich Anpin there are only Keter and Hochma. Now all this is in the aspect of the totality; but you already know that each and every measure (midah) of them is included of ten; hence Keter and Hochma each have ten Sefirot. Now, all the measure of the head, which is up to the forehead, the place of the hairs, there is the totality of ten Sefirot of the Keter and ten Sefirot of the Hochma; and likewise below, from the forehead down to the throat, where the Bina is, there is likewise the totality of ten Sefirot of the Keter and ten Sefirot of the Hochma. And all this is in the aspect of the internality.
