1 The coupling of the night does not avail to bring out new souls, since there is still no vessel there: Meaning, even new souls of the discernment of back to back do not come out in the coupling of the night, but only the discernment of the completion of the vessels; for as long as she has only GE and lacks NHY, she is not fit for coupling, and therefore the first union is needed at night, in order to bring the bottom Hey down from her Einayim to the mouth, by which her AHP are raised and joined to her Partzuf, and she is completed with ten vessels.
