And from there four ascend upon her, in the Tifferet. And behold, she has also ascended to her root which is there, which never departs from there; and then she grows to the measure of the Tifferet itself, from its back. And afterward she ascends in Hesed and Gevura, the fifth ascent; therefore the two lower lights descend in her at "Baruch," and the three upper lights at "Atah." But she does not ascend in her until the uprights of the HVYH, as mentioned in its place. And the descents are the HVYH ADNI, and the uprights are the HVYH EHYH.
